Yoga Usziit retreat

Immerse yourself in the magical world of our existence and a return to the wonders of life. An intensive yoga weekend accompanied by meditation, breathing, Thai massage and gentle restorative units, embedded in the magnificent nature of the Flüeli Ranft place of power.

We will introduce you to the FluidUs method, a journey into feeling, playing, breathing and touching. In addition to movement units, there will be enough time to integrate and explore the beautiful nature.

This retreat is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. We would also like to give a warm welcome to yoga teachers who are open to new approaches.

The yoga sessions are accompanied by meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises).

Who are we?

We are Kyra and Adrian. We got to know each other during our yoga training in Bali. So we share a passion for the same style of yoga, both fascinated by the marvels of our bodies and the infinite mysteries of our mental abilities. Kyra's homepage: https://www.tadayogaandthings.ch

The accommodation

The RANFT center is a meeting and seminar house above Lake Sarnen with a view of the lake and mountains. It offers all guests diverse impulses. Her goal is to live a spiritually integrated and solidarity-oriented attitude in and through the stillness.   Seasonal fresh products and a varied diet: This is what the RANFT center attaches great importance to. When the weather is nice, guests enjoy the breaks in the sunny inner courtyard.  getting there:

Public transport: From Sachseln, take the postbus (bus no. 351) to the “Flüeli-Ranft, St. Dorothea” stop.

Car: The zentrumRANFT property is located directly at the entrance to the village of Flüeli-Ranft. Limited number of guest parking spaces on site or additional free parking spaces directly in the village of Flüeli-Ranft

Costs: Fr. 460.- excl food & Logis early bird discount 420.- until 31 July 23

The price does not include the costs for accommodation and meals, since the Ranft center takes care of the booking itself. You can find all room options and prices on their homepage.  Room prices for double occupancy start at CHF 65 per night. It is also possible to come with the camper and stand on the pitch (CHF 35 per night), check this with the center as well.  Meals are calculated as follows, Thursday, dinner / Fri, half-board with dinner and packed lunch  / Sat, half board with dinner and packed lunch  / Sun, breakfast included (all together CHF 108)
