Be enchanted by the power of cocoa and join us on this journey into a world full of knowledge, inspiration, mysticism and wonder. The healing plant of cocoa affects us on different levels and is the ideal accompaniment to connect us with the primal energy in and in everything around us.

Our location, the Dreilindenpark, better known as Konsipark, is a beautiful park slightly above the city of Lucerne and offers a breathtaking view.

In the main part of this cocoa ritual we will guide you with Kundalini Yoga (also called “consciousness yoga”) which consists of a combination of kriyas (movement), pranayama (breathing) and mantras (chanting) followed by a relaxing yin part.

The various kriyas (movement sequences) balance our hormone system, the glandular system is stimulated and our nervous system is strengthened and calmed down at the same time.

The focus is on recognizing habitual patterns and blockages in our subconscious & to dissolve and strengthen our connection to our intuition.

Kundalini Yoga transforms, strengthens our will and ignites our inner fire of creativity.

Perfect for beginners and all levels.

Location: Dreilindenpark (Konsipark) in case of bad weather, the location will be announced shortly beforehand

What to bring: comfortable clothes. Your favorite cup for the cocoa.

Do not eat anything at least 2-3 hours before the ceremony (so that the cocoa can develop its full power).

Various healthy snacks are available afterwards
