Conditions

Subscriptions:

The subscriptions have individual validity according to the price plan (e.g. 10 subscriptions 4 months). In principle, a subscription cannot be extended. Exceptions are illnesses or accidents if a doctor's certificate can be presented.

In the case of subscriptions, the booked appointments can also be canceled at short notice without any costs being charged.

Single entries:

A single entry and trial entry can be canceled free of charge up to 2 hours before the lesson. Cancellations that are shorter than 2 hours will be charged.

General terms and conditions for courses and workshops

Registration 

Registration must be made in writing using the registration form or by e-mail and is binding. Verbal registrations for courses and seminars will not be accepted.
If the number of participants is limited, reservations will be made in the order in which registrations are received. 
 

After your registration you will receive a written confirmation of participation with all necessary information and a request for payment by e-mail. Payment is due by the deadline set there. As soon as the payment has been received, your place is definitely reserved. 
 

Cancellation & Cancellation fee for single days  

Unless otherwise noted in the advertisement, a processing fee of CHF 60 will be charged for course and seminar cancellations up to one week before the course begins. In the event of later cancellation, the entire seminar or course fee must be paid or a suitable substitute participant must be provided.

Cancellation & Cancellation fee for events/courses/seminars lasting several days:
If you cancel up to three weeks before the start of the course, we charge a processing fee of 60. After that, the entire course fee will be charged or a suitable substitute participant will be provided. 
 

Liability 

In any case, the course participants are responsible for themselves and their health. Insurance is also the responsibility of the participants. Organizer and seminar leader resp. assume no liability for damage to persons or property. 
 

Program and Price Changes
If it is not possible to carry out the course or seminar, we reserve the right to cancel the event. In this case, the course or seminar fees will be fully refunded. Any additional costs incurred by the participants will not be reimbursed.
